How Many Hours Do I Need (12 or 16)? Home inspectors licensed longer than 3 years will receive all the required 12 hours of CE for the 2022 license renewal. New inspectors (non pre licensing) licensed with in the last 3 years are required 16 hours of CE. For those requiring 16 hours of CE; the additional 4 hours will be provided On-line at no additional charge
