- Phase 2: Tactical Defect Recognition (80 Hours Hands-On Field Labs) – You translate that online knowledge into physical mastery inside our massive 10,000 square foot Burlington facility. Guided by veteran inspectors, you will physically examine full-scale construction variations, interactive electrical panels, and active mechanical equipment featuring engineered defects.
Methodology 2: Real Industry Workflows with Advanced Technology
A modern property inspector cannot rely on pen and paper or outdated checklist styles. Real estate agents and home buyers demand fast, highly descriptive cloud-based digital assets. From day one of field training, our students are integrated into modern digital environments:
- Advanced Cloud Reporting – You will learn how to write defensible, legally compliant narratives using modern platforms like IRBpro Software directly on tablets and smartphones during simulated property walk-throughs.
- Modern Specialty Certifications – Our comprehensive philosophy encompasses advanced diagnostic methodologies, including Infrared Thermal Imaging, FAA Drone Site Inspections, Radon Gas Testing, and Mold Assessment mechanics.
