Mandatory Pre-Licensing Insurance

YES: Verification of General Liability Insurance combined with one of the following baseline parameters must be filed prior to your license activation: Net Asset Statements or a Surety Bond valued at a minimum of $5,000, or Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance coverage carrying a minimum parameter of $250,000.
