Day 1 Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Day 2 Hours are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

The 2 Days include the required NC Mandatory Update Class, Two Electives, Morning Coffee + Pastry, and Lunch on Day 1 (See Seminar Location for Details)

How Many Hours Do I Need (12 or 16)? Home inspectors licensed longer than 3 years will receive all the required 12 hours of CE for their license renewal. New inspectors (non pre licensing) licensed with in the last 3 years are required 16 hours of CE. For those requiring 16 hours of CE; the additional 4 hours will be provided On-line at no additional charge
General Contractors Ask for 2 Hour Mandatory Class and 6 hours of Elective Credits for an Additional $150.00
